तस्मात्कुरु त्वं प्रतिकारमस्मि-
न्स्नेहान्मया रावण भाष्यमाणः ।
वदन्ति दुःखं ह्यनुजीविवृत्ते
स्थिताः पदस्थं परिणामपथ्यम् ॥
तस्मात्कुरु त्वं प्रतिकारमस्मि-
न्स्नेहान्मया रावण भाष्यमाणः ।
वदन्ति दुःखं ह्यनुजीविवृत्ते
स्थिताः पदस्थं परिणामपथ्यम् ॥
न्स्नेहान्मया रावण भाष्यमाणः ।
वदन्ति दुःखं ह्यनुजीविवृत्ते
स्थिताः पदस्थं परिणामपथ्यम् ॥

Therefore, Oh Ravana, being addressed by me through love, employ the (right) counter-remedy in this matter For, those who have adopted the position of dependents, speak to one occupying a high post regarding an unhappy thing which is beneficial in its result.
