ततः प्राकारमारोहत्क्षपाटानविबोधयन् ।
नाऽयोधयत्समर्थोऽपि सीतादर्शनलालसः ॥

Karandikar Then, without disturbing the (sleeping) demons, he ascended the rampart, and did not entice them to fight though he was strong enough to do so, since he was anxious for a glimpse of Sita.
