किं शोचतेहाऽभ्युदये बताऽस्मा-
न्नियोगलाभेन पितुः कृताऽर्थान् ॥

About to set out, the two (Rama and Laksmapa) spoke to those that were lamenting continuously. Coming near (they consoled) them thus : "Oh ! how strange ! Why do you , in this good fortune, lament for us who are content to receive our father's command.
