करपुटनिहितं दधत्स रत्नं
परिविरलाऽङ्गुलि निर्गताऽल्पदीप्ति ।
तनुकपिलघनस्थितं यथेन्दुं
नृपमनमत्परिभुग्नजानुमूर्धा ॥

Karandikar Holding the jewel placed in the cavity of his palms, he (Hanuman) from whose fingers having gaps, shot out bits of (its) lustre, and who had bent down his knees and head bowed down before the King who looked like the moon situated behind thin tawny clouds.
