व्रणकन्दरलीनशस्त्रसर्पः
पृथुवक्षःस्थलकर्कशोरुभित्तिः ।
च्युतशोणितबद्धधातुरागः
शुशुभे वानरभूधरस्तदाऽसौ ॥

Karandikar At that time,that mountain of a monkey, in the caves of whose wounds were hidden snakes in the form of weapons whose hard and broad slopes (consisted) of his massive chest and who carried the mineral hues in the form of the blood that had oozed out, looked attractive.
