अभियाऽताऽऽवरं तुङ्गं भूभृतं रुचिरं पुरः ।
कर्कशं प्रस्थितं धाम ससत्वं पुष्करे क्षणम् ॥

Karandikar (By him) who was going from the city to the mountain, was, for a moment, spread in the sky a delightful, firm and powerful radiance that blocked the sun (or the wind) and rose to a great height.
